Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms for our group of four friends with 2 double beds. However, the room had a distinct 'meh' feel and a slight funny smell. The service, especially from the shuttle driver, was friendly and helpful, though there was some confusion regarding the reservation. The location, perfect for attending Phillies baseball games without the hassle of driving, was the highlight, and the on-site dining, despite some disappointing aspects, offered indulgent pastries. The facilities were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional.
The hotel is super convenient for my game visit, but the room had a small bed that was not a king. The service was excellent, especially as an IHG Gold member. The location is perfect for sports events but a bit far from other Philly attractions. The dining options were good, including Starbucks coffee. The facilities were impressive, and I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel is perfectly situated next to the Stadium, convenient for those attending events, with friendly staff and good dining options. The rooms were fine for a short stay, but the late check-in process was a drawback. Despite some minor inconveniences, the location and service made the stay enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and clean with a wonderful view of the ballpark, but there was a lapse in housekeeping service on Sunday and a disappointment regarding amenities such as paper supply. The staff, particularly Angie, was very accommodating and helpful, but there were instances of rudeness that marred the overall service quality. The location was convenient, being close to the city and ideal for attending sports events, yet the dining options, although available, were not complimentary. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory but could be improved in certain areas.
I stayed at this hotel in Philadelphia on a Sunday night during the football season. The rooms were all we could ask for, with a lovely nighttime view of the city, especially facing inside the new Phillies stadium. The service was outstanding; the staff, especially Thavy at the front desk, was very friendly and accommodating. The location, right next to the Phillies Stadium, is a draw, perfect for catching a game or concert, but outside downtown with not much happening on non-game nights. The dining experience, especially at the attached sports bar, was good, but I had a bit of trouble getting a second cup of hot water for my tea in the morning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a lovely view of Citizens Bank Park that added to the experience. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Adam Tinkler, who went above-and-beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel's location, though not in the downtown area, is perfect for sports fans and offers a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. I enjoyed the dining options, although I missed having breakfast available. Overall, a great value for the money with excellent facilities.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials, but the intense lights shining in the room made it a bit uncomfortable. The service was friendly overall, but negotiations could be tricky. The location was ideal for attending events at the nearby stadiums, but it was far from the train station. The dining options were average, with a modest breakfast selection. The facilities were decent, but nothing exceptional stood out.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a nice view and is suitable for our needs. The service, especially from Ronald Davis, was exceptional in providing helpful directions and local restaurant recommendations. The location is convenient, close to key attractions, but could use some improvements. The dining options were satisfactory, although some more variety would have been appreciated.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the small bathroom with a ceiling leak over the toilet was a bit off-putting. On the bright side, my room on the 11th floor had a fridge and a great view of Philly, especially facing Citizens Bank Park and the pool. The service was very accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was ideal for the hockey and baseball games I attended, with easy access to downtown and historic sites. The dining was decent, although it wasn't complimentary, which was a downside given the room rates. The facilities were adequate, but nothing exceptional stood out.
The hotel is conveniently located near sports stadiums and offers welcoming service. The dining options are satisfactory, and the surrounding area provides easy access to various amenities.
